Car insurance leads that actually pick up the phone.

We know how scummy the pay-per-lead industry is — recycled lists, shared leads, and “who is this?” on every dial. That’s why we don’t ask you to trust us. See exactly what our leads cost and what they pay for your book — before you ever get on a call.

01 / Pickup rate

It’s not the shopper.
It’s the clock.

A fast call means little if the lead is already a day old.

Waiting without follow-up costs you the conversation.

After hours? 50–70% pickup.

Our automation keeps leads warm, puts them first in your dialer, and gets your team calling them as soon as the calling window opens.

01 / Speed to lead

Why internet-lead pickup rates are so low. It’s not the shopper — it’s the clock.

Every vendor promises “speed to lead.” But speed to lead on a lead generated yesterday is speed to nothing. We deliver within 60 seconds of generation, as soon as email and phone verification pass. During your team’s calling hours, calls made within 5–30 minutes have roughly the same pickup rate. Leads generated after hours follow a separate warming and priority-dialing flow.

The window matters. So does the age of the lead.

We check the email and phone, then push the lead to your CRM within 60 seconds of generation. During calling hours, pickup is roughly steady within 5–30 minutes. After hours, our automation keeps leads warm and puts them first in your dialer, so your team calls them as soon as it opens. Leads left waiting without that follow-up can lose intent and context.

02 / Exclusivity

One lead. One agent. That’s the whole product.

The reason recycled leads hang up on you is simple: other agents got there first — with the exact same name and number. Exclusivity isn’t a feature we charge extra for. It’s the only way the math works.

03 / The ad shapes the call

Cheap promises.
Expensive conversations.

“But the ad said I could get insurance for $50 a month.” Now your team is explaining the ad instead of quoting the customer.

We don’t do that.

We generate our own leads with clear messaging and a real quote request. No made-up government programs. No guaranteed premiums. No bought or resold lists.

04 / Lead quality

Verified before it reaches you.

Fake emails and dead numbers waste your team’s time. We check both before a lead reaches your CRM.

  • Email verification

Check for a real, working mailbox.

  • Phone carrier check

Check that the number is a live line.

  • Both checks must pass.

If either fails, the lead isn’t delivered.

06 / The real cost of a lead

A cheaper lead can cost you more.

Compare what it costs to acquire an auto customer—not just what you pay for a name.

At a 20% lead-to-bind rate, a $45 lead costs $225 per acquired auto customer. That’s the middle scenario in our $189–$250 range.

Pipeline Labs example$225

How the numbers work

Shared example: 100 leads × $6 = $600. One auto customer acquired: $600 ÷ 1 = $600.

Pipeline Labs example: 100 leads × $45 = $4,500. Twenty auto customers acquired: $4,500 ÷ 20 = $225.

At $45 per lead, an 18%–23.8% lead-to-bind rate gives roughly $250–$189 per auto customer. Actual results vary by market, lead mix and follow-up.

07 / Why we scrapped warm transfers

Your team should own
the first conversation.

We used to run live transfers. We scrapped them.

Lower-cost overseas call floors can make the dialing economics attractive. But when the warm-up rep is measured on completed transfers, getting someone onto your line can become the goal. Protecting your sales process can take second place.

The shopper hears the pitch, sits through the handoff, then lands on your line. You can be the third voice they hear—expected to deliver on a promise you never made.

The cost of making the call isn’t the whole cost.

Dialing, screening and warming up a lead all require labor. Lower-cost overseas staffing can reduce that expense. But a transfer target and a policy sale are different outcomes. If the operation rewards the handoff, a rep can succeed at their target while leaving your agent with an expectation they cannot fulfill.

Adding a dialing floor doesn’t fix the original lead.

If you pay for hard-to-reach or recycled data, then pay again for someone to get it on the phone, you’re paying to work around the source problem. A connected call alone doesn’t tell you what was promised to get the shopper there.

We chose to build the demand ourselves.

Generate the quote request with the right message, verify it, and deliver it fresh to one agency. Your team follows up within its 5–30-minute calling window, with after-hours requests queued and nurtured for the next opening. You control the offer, the opening and the follow-through.

Start with a fresh quote request.

Our ad. Their request. Recorded consent. Email and phone checked. Delivered exclusively to your CRM within 60 seconds of generation, so your team controls the first sales conversation.
